Step 3 - Landing Your “Right” Job Offer
Of course, we negotiate for you, get the offer in writing, ensure the benefit package and perks are included, set your start date, and get you communicating directly with your new employer. We continue following up to ensure your transitional process of turning in your notice, how your boss took the news, and continue to answer questions you may have through your start week. But that’s not all we do…
Step 4 - Relationships – We are here for you with our 1 year follow up
During the first year, after your placement, we follow up with you at specified intervals, assuring the positions is meeting expectations, learn about your progression, and provide you with any employer feedback we may have received. This one year follow-up also, over the years, has allowed us to construct an accurate assessment of our clients' work environments.
